The FTM Fraternity
An information network and support group run by and for female-to-males. Meetings in private apartments in New York City about every six weeks. We welcome FTM-spectrum folks, anyone who is experiencing gender dysphoria and/or is considering transition.

In terms of advocacy, TransActNY is involved in the de-psychopathologisation (making it no longer seen as a mental illness) of gender issues from crossdressers to transsexuals, civil rights for the Trans community in employment, health services, and housing and seek to end discrimination.
TransActNY is open to all gender positions and sexual orientations and friends. No one will be turned away from our support groups even if they don’t accept our political agenda.

These meetings are for ALL People of Colour who self-identify as Trans, butch lesbians, drag queens, bi-gendered, two spirit, drag kings, femme queens, A.G.s, genderqueer, non-gendered, andro, crossdressers, gender-benders.
