Vaginectomy

Vaginectomy is a medical procedure to remove all or part of the vagina. It is a treatment for vaginal cancer.

Vaginectomy is also used as part of some types of female-to-male sexual reassignment surgery. It is not necessary for metoidioplasty or phalloplasty, and most trans men don’t bother having it done even if they do have bottom surgery.
